DOT and Non-DOT Employee Evaluations
The U.S. Department of Transportation requires alcohol and drug testing of employees who perform safety-sensitive operations. We provide SAP evaluations for truck drivers governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We also service other DOT regulatory administrations including: FRA, FAA, RSPA, FTA, USCG and PHMSA.
We are keenly aware of the DOT return-to-duty process. We work hand in hand with DOT approved labs and the FMCSA Clearinghouse to ensure the return to duty process is expedient and compliant.

If you are a DOT-mandated safety-sensitive employee who has failed a drug test, you must complete a program with a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) to return to duty.
